LANDR Rewind: The Numbers That Made 2017 Great

As the reverb tails of 2017 decay into silence, it’s time to look back at some of the transients that made 2017 at LANDR so dynamic.

LANDR releases reached 170 countries in 2017, connecting the entire LANDR community to their fans around the world. 2017 was the year you went from the studio, to streaming, to the world!

The LANDR community grew, and LANDR grew right along with you. In 2017, we added a ton of new features to the LANDR you already love. 

Like LANDR Distribution, Promolinks, and Lydian—the most powerful AI mastering engine ever created.

That’s a lot of music…  Every time LANDR masters a track it learns—3 million+ times to be exact. That means every master you made in 2017 was a collaboration between you, everyone from the LANDR community before you, and every creator that will come after. Let’s work in 2018!

Everything we publish on the LANDR blog inspires, educates, and connects all things music. It all matters, but our favourites from 2017 were the What is Reverb Guide, the Music Distribution Checklist and the only Audio Effects Guide you’ll ever need. We even launched a new blog to hold all of it!

In 2017 our Talk:Music lecture series continued to present the ideas and conversations that musicians care about. Each Talk:Music offered an in-depth look at a specific topic or artist’s practice, in the intimate setting of our beautiful Montreal headquarters.
